A print area suited to your design.
The following options are assessed for the product’s shape, surface and printing technique. Exact dimensions, colour and placement are confirmed before production.
Single-sided printing
Applied to one side of the mug. The logo’s position to the left or right of the handle is confirmed during artwork approval.
Double-sided printing
Applied to both sides of the mug. Specify in the artwork whether both sides should use the same logo or different layouts.
Wraparound printing
Assessed for designs extending around the body. The limits near the handle and the usable area must be confirmed for the model.
Digital printing
An option for multicolour images or designs. File resolution, the surface and suitability of the printing method are assessed separately.
Sandblasting
An application that abrades the surface. Suitable materials, design detail and the effect are assessed for the selected product.
Handle printing
Assessed for small applications on the handle. Because the area is narrow, the readability of text and patterns should be checked in advance.
Inside printing
Applications inside the mug are assessed according to the model and technique. The area’s position and suitability for use are confirmed separately.
Base printing
A logo can be applied to the base of certain models. The design is prepared around the base shape and available dimensions.
Print preparation starts with the artwork.
Clarity before production reduces surprises in the finished product. Share dimensions, orientation and colour details alongside your logo.
Original logo file
Send a vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG if available. For pixel-based files, use the highest-resolution original image and prefer the source file to a screenshot.
Colour and placement
Specify the corporate colour code, print orientation and preferred dimensions. An on-screen image may differ from the physical print; ask about sample conditions in advance for colour-critical work.
Final approval
Make a final check of the model, quantity, logo, spelling, placement and box design. Production follows artwork approval, so resolve changes before approving.

We consider packaging for both protection and presentation. Plan standard boxes and custom options around the needs of your order.
Standard kraft box
Mugs are normally placed in individual kraft boxes to help protect them during transport. The box size must suit the product’s shape.
Custom coated-card box
Coloured coated-card boxes can be prepared for special orders. Graphic design and additional pricing are handled separately; consider the box design alongside the product printing.
Double-wall outer carton
Individual mug boxes are packed into larger double-wall cartons. Quantity, set contents and delivery conditions are considered in the outer-carton plan.

Protect the product, from delivery to use.
Alongside suitable packaging, careful receipt, storage and care matter. Include these practical checks in your order plan.
Check on delivery
Look for crushing, moisture or signs of opening on the outer carton. Unpack carefully and compare the product, quantity and printing with the order details. If there is a problem, keep the product and packaging and contact us with photos.
Protect before distribution
Store products in their boxes in a clean, dry area. Position cartons securely and assess stacking limits for the packaging and handling conditions. Avoid pressure that could put load on the handles.
Confirm care instructions
Ask for use instructions suited to the material and printing technique. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and sudden temperature changes. Do not assume every model is suitable for dishwashers or microwaves.
