Years of manufacturing work behind a brand

Atalay Seramik’s 30-year history is built on understanding materials, planning production and turning corporate requirements into workable products. The experience of our company, whose team reached 100 people in the past, brings together knowledge from different production stages.

Through PromosyonBardak, we offer this experience to companies, agencies and corporate purchasing teams. Whether you are choosing a logo-printed mug for a trade fair, an employee gift or a cup for corporate hospitality, the product’s shape, print area, quantity and packaging work together. Body production and decoration: two complementary stages

The body of a ceramic or porcelain mug is created through shaping and firing. The form, handle and surface of the moulded product provide the basis for the next application. A logo or corporate pattern meets that surface during decoration.

For kiln-fired printing, the prepared decoration is transferred to the product and undergoes the appropriate firing process. Body production and decoration firing are different operations. The method is assessed according to the product’s material, surface and design, so the same print area or application is not suitable for every model.

We also assess logo and decorative applications on products in our glassware collection. We treat glass manufacturing and personalising a glass item with printing as separate processes and confirm the quotation’s scope for the chosen model.

A production plan with every stage discussed

01 · Requirements and model selection

First, we discuss where the product will be used, the quantity required and the target delivery date. We consider the mug’s capacity, shape, colour and printable surface. Event giveaways and a special gift set have different requirements, so we consider the model alongside its intended use.

02 · Logo and print preparation

Share your logo, corporate colour reference if available, and preferred placement. The file’s suitability for printing, line legibility and design size on the product matter. A vector logo file makes preparation easier; if you only have a screenshot, its suitability needs a separate assessment.

03 · Design confirmation and approval

We agree on the model, print direction, artwork size and placement together. Production begins after design approval. If a physical sample is needed for a colour or texture decision, ask at this stage so we can confirm availability, cost and timing for your order.

04 · Production, decoration and firing

The approved design goes into production according to the chosen product and printing technique. For ceramic and porcelain products, decoration and any required kiln firing are planned. Quantity, model and application details affect production planning; these are used to assess lead time at quotation stage.

05 · Final appearance and packaging

The final review considers the model, print position, text legibility and overall appearance together. Packaging is also part of the order. We confirm individual boxes, custom packaging and outer cartons according to the product’s dimensions and use.

06 · Preparation for delivery

For bulk orders across Türkiye, the delivery address, recipient information and delivery requirements form part of the order. If products are needed for an event, share the event date at the start so production and shipping can be planned together.

A print area suited to the product

Single-sided, double-sided and wraparound printing serve different visual requirements. The suitability of printing on the handle, inside or base depends on the model and technique. Print dimensions, colour count and placement also affect the quotation. Explore printing and packaging options.

Packaging for transport and presentation

Mug orders use kraft boxes and outer cartons. Custom-printed coated-card boxes require separate design and pricing. For cups, teapots, plates or sets, packaging should be discussed according to the products’ dimensions. Consider the box’s appearance, contents and cost with your quotation.

What information should I send for a quotation?

Share the model or product group, quantity, logo file, printing preference, packaging requirement, target delivery date and delivery city. These details help define the scope of your quotation.

What are the minimum order and production time?

The minimum order for mug models is 100 units. Conditions for other product groups are assessed by model. Production time depends on the quantity, model, printing and packaging. Ask for the current schedule for your order at quotation stage.

Can I see the design before production?

The design is confirmed with your requirements and production starts after approval. If you need a physical sample, please mention it separately. Sample conditions and any additional costs are discussed for the project.
